You do not need someone to tell you how to do your job.
You have experience. You have judgement. You got yourself to where you are for a reason. Coaching is not about replacing any of that.
I start from the position that you can.
My job is to help you find a way that works for you — to think, challenge assumptions, see what can be difficult to see from inside the situation and access more of what you are already capable of.
Why work with me?
Before becoming a coach and facilitator, I spent around 13 years working in corporate IT and service delivery, including roles with PwC, RBS and MORSE.
For approximately 20 years since then, I have coached, facilitated and developed leaders, executives, sales professionals, speakers and teams around the world. I have worked across 48 countries with people operating at different levels, in different cultures and facing very different challenges.
My professional development includes university study at UCL and the University of Westminster, alongside training in NLP, Accelerated Learning and psychological/psychometric assessment.
What can you expect from me?
I will listen. I will challenge you. I will champion you.
We may not even be dealing with a problem. You may simply be trying to find the best way to do something. It may be something you have never done before. It might even be something no one has done before.
Sometimes the work is finding a route. Sometimes it is marshalling what you already have differently. Sometimes something that looked like a potential problem turns out not to be a problem at all — and we discover an amazing opportunity.
The objective is not for you to become more like me. It is for you to access more of you.
