Great teams still need a boost.
One hour of energy, practical coaching and participation to help your team get—or stay—on track.
These live online presentations last one hour and work as a dose of group coaching. They refresh important principles, strengthen useful skills and remind people of things they already know but would benefit from returning to.

Even the best players keep training.
Footballers at the highest level still practise passing, finding space and dribbling. They work on defending and tackling, keep themselves fit and train to run explosively and track back when they need to. Goalkeepers practise passing and dribbling too, alongside their specific goalkeeping skills.
Experience does not remove the value of practice or coaching. The skills that help your team perform deserve attention too. Sometimes a focused hour is the reminder that brings them back into use.
Nine sessions to choose from.
Start with what you want the hour to make possible. Choose one session, combine a few, or ask about a session developed around your team’s needs.
Attention & Focus
Your audience is in the room. But do you actually have their attention?
Explore how to gain attention, keep it and make ideas easier to remember and act on.
Time Is Not Your Enemy
What if you and your team have more usable time than you realise?
Revisit time, attention and capacity, and redirect energy towards the work that matters most.
Essentialness
What is it about the way you think, contribute and show up that would be missed?
Recognise your distinctive contribution and become more intentional about using it.
Tell Me More
People rarely say the most important thing first. What might you discover beyond the first answer?
Practise curiosity, listening and checking to get closer to what someone really means.
Making the Connection
People may understand what you are saying. But do they feel you are speaking to them?
Build connection with colleagues, customers, partners and senior stakeholders.
Clear Messaging
If people remember only one thing, what do you want that one thing to be?
Distil complexity, identify what matters most and communicate with greater clarity and intention.
The Three Moves of Leadership: Own, Decide & Inspire
What if leadership were simple enough to remember—and practical enough to use today?
Explore three leadership moves you can use whether or not leadership is in your job title.
Meetings That Get Real Work Done
If ten people spend an hour in a meeting, was it worth ten hours?
Create clarity, make decisions, establish ownership and agree what happens next.
Powerful Delivery
You have something important to say. What will make people want to listen—and remember?
Explore presence, structure, energy and delivery so your ideas land with confidence and impact.
A participant, not just an attendee.
This is a high-energy, engaging and fun coaching hour. People will think, contribute, explore and do things throughout the session, applying ideas to situations that matter to them.
Bring your experience.
We take as read that people arrive with experience and different levels of confidence and capability. That experience is part of what we work with.
Bring a notebook and an open mind.
Every participant needs somewhere to capture their thinking, useful reminders and what they want to put into practice.
Leave with something on the page.
A reminder, insight or next step to return to—something that lasts longer than the hour.
Shaped around your organisation.
For a specific group or a wider audience.
Sessions can be tailored for an intact team, a particular role or challenge, or delivered for a more general audience.
We work with your organisation to connect the hour to your context, priorities and the development projects already underway.
Choose a session—or develop one.
The nine sessions are a starting point. Sessions on other topics can be developed around what your people need.
Each named session can have a Part 1 and a Part 2, with each part lasting one hour. Follow-up sessions can revisit practice, deepen the work or help people build on what they have used.
What do you want to be different one hour later?
Tell me who will be involved, what your team is trying to achieve and where a boost would help. We can choose or develop the session that fits.
